SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing on all online orders. We offer tracking on all orders unless otherwise noted, your tracking number will be emailed to you after your item has been processed. All shipping rates are listed in Canadian dollars. On international orders all duties, customs and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If you require any additional information regarding duties, customs and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.

FREE SHIPPING (Within North America Only)

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 (before applicable taxes) within North America, we use Canada Post and USPS for this option.  All shipping times are estimates.

CANADA

We offer shipping services from Canada Post Standard (7 days) and Express (3 days) for all orders in Canada.

USA

We offer shipping services from USPS Stands (7 days) and Express (4 days) for all orders in the USA. 

INTERNATIONAL

We offer shipping services from Canada Post (10 days) for all International orders. 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Canadian customers will have provincial or harmonized sales taxes added to their orders if applicable. Orders are shipped from Toronto.

Worldwide customers will not have Canadian sales tax added to their order, however they will be responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by their respective countries. No returns will be accepted from outside of Canada.

Within Canada we will accept returns for store credit or exchange within 3 days of receiving your purchase - we offer exchange or store credit only. Item(s) must be in unworn, original condition with original receipt and all tags attached. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs; please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.  Please ship in original packaging with freight pre-paid. COD shipments will not be accepted. Package must be traceable and must require a signature.All sale items/items purchased using a promo code, hosiery, bodysuits, under garments, bathing suits are a Final Sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange.
